Our edible image wraps can be beautifully applied onto buttercream, ganache, or rolled icing. If you’re applying the image directly onto ganache or buttercream, we recommend consuming the cake on the same day for optimal freshness and visual vibrancy. For best results, ensure the icing is soft when applying the image so it adheres smoothly. If you’re applying it onto fondant or ganache, a light brush of water will help the image stick perfectly. Gently press with dry hands or a fondant smoother to ensure a seamless application.
Once applied, place your decorated cake in the fridge (without covering it) to prevent the edible ink from sweating or melting, and allow it to cool. Before using any edible image, always store it in a resealable ziplock bag at room temperature. Please do not store edible images in the fridge or freezer.
